Julia has always enjoyed helping others and was first introduced to physical therapy when she had her own experience from a soccer injury. She competed competitively in soccer throughout grade school and high school, traveling along the east coast for various tournaments. Her interest in physical therapy grew throughout high school where she was able to observe multiple different physical therapy offices as well as work as a physical therapy rehab aide. She was able to assist PT’s in musculoskeletal diagnoses and loved to see the problem solving behind the diagnosis.

She completed three clinical rotations during physical therapy school in various settings, including Spaulding Inpatient Rehab Hospital in Charlestown and Cape Cod Orthopedics Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy.

Julia was thrilled to join the team as a full-time physical therapist in September 2021 at Cape Cod Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in the Hyannis office.

In her free time, you can find Julia at the beach, spending time with her friends and family, enjoying a Pilates or spin class, or exploring with her dog.
